Appreciation post for the perfect LBD.
I have a big collection of dresses, many of which are black, but I never felt like any of them were the perfect "little black dress". I had been missing this wardrobe staple until now.
This is the ICONIC American Apparel velvet bustier skater dress. I wanted it for a long time, and had my eye on this specific Depop listing for a few months, so I decided to finally treat myself to it. And it fit's me perfectly! I love the velvet material, spaghetti straps, and the skater silhouette. Skater dresses are very associated with the 2010s and in my opinion, they are the perfect dress style.
This AA dress needs no styling, it speaks for itself. Worn with a simple choker and knee socks, it's a tumblr girl's dream.
